Accessing your Email Through the Webmail Portal
All email accounts can be accessed through an web browser on any device. Simply bookmark the webmail portal and login with your full email address and password.

Setting up your Email using Microsoft Outlook and Mobile Devices
To set your email account up in Microsoft Outlook, an iOS device (iPhone, iPad), or an Android device, we developed a configuration utility to help make this process a sinch. Click below to launch the configuration portal and begin setting up your new mail account.

E-Mail Server Settings
In case of a manual configuration, the following settings may be used to set up your email account with a third party email application.
INCOMING MAIL SERVER
server: mail.YOURDOMAINNAME.ext (example: mail.mattswebdesign.com)
username: your full email address
password: your current password
port: 993
encryption / security: SSL (or use SSL)
OUTGOING MAIL SERVER
server: mail.YOURDOMAINNAME.ext (example: mail.mattswebdesign.com)
username: your full email address
password: your current password
port: 465
encryption / security: SSL (or use SSL)
Check the option for "my outgoing server requires authentication". iOS devices may label this as "authentication", which you should set to "password".

Step by Step:
- In outlook. click the FILE menu
- From the drop down menu, select the account you wish to modify
- Click the account settings button and then select server settings.
- Click on OUTGOING SERVER to expand the settings to view your outgoing server settings
- Change the port FROM 45 to 587
- Change the encryption method from NONE to AUTO or STARTTLS. Your settings should look similar to what is shown below, except using your domain name and user information.

Step by Step:
- From your home screen, select SETTINGS
- Scroll down to and click on MAIL
- Click the accounts option
- Select the email account you want to edit
- Click the "imap" account listed at the top
- Scroll down to "outgoing mail server" - click on the SMTP server
- Under the heading "primary server", click the server
- Change the server port FROM 45 to 587
- Next to USE SSL, turn the option ON (green). Your settings should look similar to what is shown below, except using your domain name and user information.
- Click DONE at the top
- Click ACCOUNT to exit the account settings
- Click DONE to exit the final account settings. You can close out of the final screen.
