In January of 2021, we completed a complete upgrade to our web and email servers to provide our customers with enhanced performance and upgraded security protocols.

Customers using our e-mail services who use a third party application to retrieve their email will be required to make some minor changes to their settings.  Please visit our e-mail support section and follow the instructions listed under the headings "updating Microsoft Outlook to work with new mail servers" and "updating iOS devices to work with new mail servers".

A new auto-configuration utility was also developed to assist customers with setting up email accounts with mobile devices and Microsoft email applications.
