I just wanted to send you a letter thanking you for the exceptional job you did creating our web site. I think one of the most difficult tasks for an artist to do is turn a customer's ideas and the concepts they imagine, into reality. Our web site is a reflection of the design ability you have.

When we decided it was time to have a web site constructed, we began by visiting the existing sites of other amusement companies. To us, it was important to have a designer with industry experience. There were many sites that had a homemade look to them. They were plain and very boring. There were a few that were absolutely outstanding, however, they were obviously way over our budget. But there were 6 or 7 sites that stood out as bright, organized, and most importantly, easy to navigate. The name on the bottom of each one was ... Matt's Web Design. We made our choice.

The thing I found most unique about working with you was the near constant availability you offered. Our company's work schedule is very unusual and chaotic. I could come home at midnight and you would be online, ready for my latest set of questions. That is something we needed. That is something that no other designer could provide.
